The plot is based around two former lovers who are separated by chance and reunited by fate. We also watched it on TV but seemed to miss the re unions. This doesn’t exactly put the cap on the end of this series, if anything, it simply continues things the way they were as if they were going to carry on, but they don’t. I have seen this show over and over again on TV. A British series about former lovers reunited by chance after a 38-year separation chronicles their awkward courtship and eventual marriage. Although I was sad the original actor who played the character of Harry didn't return for this special, it was still a really good follow-up after the end of the series (and surprisingly, I liked the new Harry even better than the original actor). Even though the series' Harry is portrayed by another actor, it's great to see Jean, Lionel, Judy, Sandy, Alastair, Penny, Steven, Mrs. Bale and Rocky back. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Again!
